It has been a while since I did an Insanity workout. I’ll give it a shot today. My body is still achy, but I can alway try, right?
Why not start with Pure Cardio? Do I hate my life that much? ;-) I hope I will survive!
After 14k I needed an ice pack. I really really really hope it is something temporarily and not my runnersknee injury wich lasted for a year! Went so well last half year. I want to run the half marathon in October so badly. I really can’t dance! And I don’t care! As long as nobody watches me doing it.Â
My new challenge this week is a dancehall workout. You’d be laughing your ass off watching me trying to do this! I made me tired and sweat and I had a huge laugh at myself. Well, I could do worse.Â

After a nap of two hours I decided to re-schedule my from Sunday to Monday. I really don’t wanna go outside anymore. I don’t wanne be too lazy today, so I’m gonna do… Ehm… Ehm… Ehm… Ehm…Â

Lately I got a bit bored by long workouts I’ve done a million times. So thursday I did a danceworkout, I really suck at dancing, but to be honest, I really enjoyed it and it made me sweat!Â
Today I’m gonna mix and match with exercises and workouts.Â
Started with some foamrolling. Sometimes pure torture, but good for the muscles.
Then some sun salutations, always lovely! It really wakes you up!
Followed by my knee exercises.Â
Vitality blast (phew! this made me sweat)
I so don’t wanna workout! YUGH! So mayba I should do something I normally never do. But what?
Of course I’ll do my knee and back exercises. I noticed it is just necessary with my current trainings schedule for the half marathon.Â
Okay, you can start laughing now. I did a Pussycat Doll workout!!! It contains a couple of choreo’s to some popular PCD songs. It is actually fun & stupid. LOL!
One thing I suck at, yes, dancing! But it made me sweat!
I honestly didn’t expect to run 10,5k. It is according to the training schedule, but I still had a headache, tired legs of Sunday’s Colorrun and I was a bit afraid to fail.
