After a nap of two hours I decided to re-schedule my from Sunday to Monday. I really don’t wanna go outside anymore. I don’t wanne be too lazy today, so I’m gonna do… Ehm… Ehm… Ehm… Ehm…
Okay, Upper Body Weighttraining. Been Lacking the weighttraining lately.
I finished with my knee exercises & yoga for runners

And I don’t mean ironing shirts! I hate that chore with all my heart! Yuk! I mean UPPER BODY WEIGHT TRAINING!!!
A couple of weeks ago I addes some weight and it’s still challenging! But it’s okay, as long as it challenges me. I only do this workout once a week, wich means slower progress.
Today it’s queensday here in the Netherlands, but the last one ever. Today there is a new king. All good and well, but now it’s time to pump some iron!
Every weekend I have a routine: Saturday weight training and Sunday my easy does it Sunday run, no stress, just me and nature.
I had a huge breakfast, so I’m ready for the Upper Body Weight Training!
I went upstairs to get my workout clothes, got into bed and took a nap… But I woke up and did it anyway! :-) Many roads lead to a workout!

Today I have day off, but I don’t have to be bored! Upper body weighttraining, cleaning the house, my last coach appointment, pack my bags again, cooking dinner, hug my boyfriend. A busy day you know!
Already cooked dinner, so when I get home tonight from my coach appointment, I just shove it in the oven! Preparation is half the work, for busy days! :-)
Holy crap! I only added one pound to my dumbbells and I really noticed the difference. Gonna be sore tomorrow!
Ps.: do you see anything funny about my index finger?

Actually I always suffer from my allergy, but today is a severe allergy day. Can’t do a minute without a couple of sneezes. Besides the fact it is starting to hurt, it starting to annoy me big big bit time!
Time to pump some iron! To get rid of my frustration and hopefully my allergy. Body exercise usually makes it a bit less. I hope it does this time.
Oh, I totallyforgot. I passed a very difficult exam in one time! Last exam I failed three times, so can you imagine how happy I am! Only one to go!

Time to work the upper body! Yay! This Upper Body Weight training makes my upperbody sore time after time. I guess that’s a good thing, right?
Except we go bowling tonight, probably not able to lift a ball.

Today I’m a bit hungover. Can’t remember the last time I felt this way. Since two years I really don’t go out anymore and I drinking alsmost no alcohol at all anymore. So, can you imagine what a few drinks do to my body. I’m really getting ot old for this! Well, I had fun!
Today it’s day 41 Max Interval Plyo! Yesterday I didn’t do day 40, but instead Upperbody Weight training. My upperbody is sooo sore. I really hope for not too many pushups today! But I’m gonna give it my best. No excuses!
Holy crap! This workouts has the most push ups! Poor me! But I survived. Probably can’t lift my coffee cup tomorrow…

Does cleaning the house count as a workout? It hurts my back more than a upper body weight training. If yes, I have two workouts today.
Oh, I say myself in the mirror today and I saw f*cking PROGRESS! Yay! My belly is still soft, but I noticed some lines that weren’t there before! Hard work pays off! :-)
Officially I’m supposed to do Max Interval Circuit, but I’m gonna do Upper Body Weight Training. Just because I want to!

Nothing more annoying when the video stops ten times a workout, just because the internet is slow. Fuck it! I really hate that. But I still did a killing upper body weight training. It just took a little more time then usual.
Officially I had to do Pure Cardio, but I’m a little bored with that.
I hope I can lift my arms tomorrow!
