neosage: I’m up at 4am and training by 4:15. Why? Whatever else happens during my day, I’ve already accomplished. Hard day at work? I’ve already worked out. Short day at work and want to go play? Cool, I’ve already worked out. No work today and want to do a double? I’ll train again tonight. Stuck in… Crap! I don’t have excuses, that I skipped three workouts this week. Shame on...
Workout wise this week was a pretty lame week! I skipped three days of working out besides the rest day. I think I’ll skip the restday and make up for it a little bit. I don’t know where it did go wrong, but I do know I’m the only one to blame. But you know what? I’m not perfect, nobody is. It just has been a crazy week! I think I’ll do this Insanity week twice....
Day 52 of Insanity
Wow! Max Cardio Conditioning AND Insane Abs! Pretty tough! But I made it! Pretty good actually! I really noticed I got stronger and stuff! Yes! I did skip yesterday and I noticed I was way less fatigued than normally and I pushed myself way harder then before. Felt great and I didn’t feel guilty I skipped yesterday.
Got a facial, body scrub, did my nails… Aaaaawww… Love that special me-time. Now time for my beauty sleep!
Day 50 part II: Max Interval Circuit
After 1,5 hour I started with part II: Max Interval Circuit! The workout itself is pretty tough and even tougher after the fit test. I felt like a huge pussy! But I made it somehow! Hey, day 50 means only 9 days to go after today! Those last 9 days I’m gonna rock! For me no more candy till day 60 and I really need to drink more water even after day 60!
Day 50 part I: Fit test 4!
Today is again a two parter: the fit test and Max Interval Circuit! I did improved a little, but in the end I noticed I really pushed hard and the last two exercises I didn’t get better scores. I am so tired and I still need to do part II of day 50… Ooooohhh…
No Insanity day 48 for me
Yesterday time for some prep for my very first Urbanathlon instead of Insanity! It was pouring and pouring and pouring! I really hate rain, I just don’t want to be outside when it rains!
