Saturday workout!

My Thursday Yoga

Healthy candy
My candy cravings are terrible. I’m capable of driving to the gas station in the middle of the night to get me some sweets or licorice. Monday Morning Yoga
Because I woke up stressed and tied up with my back and neck, I decide to do two small yoga routines 1 and 2, just get me easy en stretch stuff up. I love Tara Stiles for making these video’s. They help me out a lot. And I really should do more yoga, my body really benifits. From now on I will try do yoga every morning, even if it’s only ten minutes! Namaste

My Sunday workout!
Time for my weekend workout! I did it twice, but with one exercise I felt my back. So, after those two rounds I did two Tara Stile’s yoga routines: Routine 1 and Routine 2.  I really don’t know why, but I’m exhausted! My muscles feel all soar like when you have a fever. Maybe my body is still suffering from those severe allergies from yesterday.

Saturday workout! (part 1) :-S
After two days of rest it is time rock and rumble! Sounds more enthusiastic than I feel right now. My allergies are killing me and I feel like crap!  I quit halfway my BodyRock workout. My nose was running empty while doing my thing. I do have my limits. I will try again later this afternoon. For now I’m pretty fed up with my allergies!

My Super Sunday workout
Sundays are my lazy days. Everything goes slow, planning on Sunday never works. But Spring had got a hold on me so I felt the need to move my butt!
