Fixing my achy body

Last two years I have become physically way more active than before. I try to challenge myself as much as possible. I have never been this strong and flexible. Not even when I was a kid. 

However… I’m in my mid thirties and my body isn’t that capable to bounce back is it used to. It takes a lot of extra effort to get in shape and much more time to recover from heavy exercise. My body is very achy right now, I have been pushing it a lot lately. Maybe too much. I had to ice my knee after my 14k run. I really hope it’s not my old injury, if it is, if have to kiss my half marathon goodbye.

After 14k I needed an ice pack. I really really really hope it is something temporarily and not my runnersknee injury wich lasted for a year! Went so well last half year. I want to run the half marathon in October so badly. I’ve been so disciplined and commited to this. #setback #injury #training #halfmarathon #halfmarathontraining #sad #fitness #exercise #health #workout
